EPFO asked to pay ₹50,000 to employee for taking 10 years to process Provident Fund transfer from old to new account

The employee filed a consumer complaint against EPFO in the Chandigarh district commission and sought transfer of the balance amount along with interest, compensation, as well as litigation costs.
